These terms govern your use of PitchHalo, a United States-based music promotion service. Contact us at [email protected]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms. If you act for an artist or organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not share access with unauthorized users or attempt to access another user’s content.

Free and premium features

Free accounts currently include one artist profile and three release links. Certain features, including playlist pitching, require premium access. Premium access may be provided by a partner under a separate agreement. The partner’s prices, billing, cancellation, and refund terms govern purchases made with that partner; PitchHalo does not promise a particular partner’s availability or offer.

Feature availability and limits may change. We will provide notice of material changes affecting existing access where reasonably practicable. Rights you have under applicable consumer law remain in place.

Your music and content

You retain ownership of the music, artwork, text, and other content you provide. You grant PitchHalo a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate the features you request, including sharing it with service providers involved in those features. You must hold the rights and permissions needed for the content and links you publish.

Public artist and release pages can be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. Organization administrators and authorized parent organizations may manage content and access within their organization hierarchy. Deleting a link removes it from PitchHalo; copies retained independently by others may remain.

Acceptable use

Do not use PitchHalo for infringement, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, malware, spam, or harassment. Do not bypass account limits, scrape private data, attack the service, or use the design agent as a general-purpose AI service outside page editing. We may restrict or remove content or access to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations.

Pre-saves and third-party platforms

Pre-saves and listening links depend on streaming platforms and service providers. Fans choose whether to authorize a streaming account. We cannot guarantee availability, successful saves, platform support, or uninterrupted operation of third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.

Playlist pitching

Recommendations and submissions do not guarantee playlist placement, streams, or an audience. Current limits allow up to ten new selected playlists per song every 48 hours, without repeat submissions to the same playlist. A submission may also include a one-time curator-network pitch where that feature is enabled. Features marked as test or mock submissions do not send pitches to curators.

AI-assisted design

The design agent may process your instructions, conversation context, page content, and rendered page images through external AI providers. Review its changes before using them. Generated content can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other content; you remain responsible for your published pages and for the rights to material you provide.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep PitchHalo useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or promotional results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and resolving concerns

You may stop using PitchHalo at any time and request account deletion at [email protected]. If access is managed by an organization or partner, its administrator may need to manage shared content. Contact us about disputes, copyright complaints, or suspected misuse with the relevant page URL and supporting information. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will update the date on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
